Six Basic Human Needs
We all have the same Six Basic Human Needs no matter where we live or our cultural heritage. We need some level of all six of the needs. At any given time in our life, usually 2 of the 6 Human Needs are stronger than the rest. The needs can change as our life circumstances change. It is important to understand the Basic Human Needs that are important to us because they drive our behaviors. It is also important to understand the needs of those around us as well, because if we address our needs and the needs of others our relationships become much stronger.
