Dr. Michael Kulisz
Dr. Kulisz is the founder of Lifestyle Managment Group (LMG) and a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. He was also the co-founder and CEO of a large physician group that provided Emergency Services, Hospitalist Care and Occupational Medicine services for 25 years before he sold the practice in 2013 and became the Chief Medical Officer for two of Northwestern Medicine's hospitals in Illinois. His passion is helping people and that is what drove him to establish LMG.
In order to be a strong leader one has to first lead themselves.
Who We Are
Lifestyle Management Group (LMG) is a boutique consulting company. We partner with organizations, as well as individual executives and employees, to address and solve for institutional and individual obstacles that are preventing the organizations and employees from performing at their optimal level.

We have over 35 years of experience in both administrative roles that allows us to see both the organizational, as well as the individual employees perspective, thus allowing for solutions that are inclusive and collective. The company is directed by a Physician who has established and run numerous multi-physician groups, a real-estate development company as well as held senior executive positions in the C-suite.
